How to Share Administration of Google+ Pages

0

Over the December break, Google+ rolled out the ability to add administrators to business pages. G+ calls this function "managers" and you can find it under the settings for your page.

First, navigate to your page then select the Google+ Settings option from the silver cog icon in the upper right corner.

By default, you will be shown the General settings. In the left sidebar, select Managers.

Send an email invite to the person/people you'd like to add as Manager(s) and then wait for them to accept. It's really that simple. Note that Managers can do everything the page Owner (i.e. creator) can do except delete the page or transfer ownership. Once a manager has accepted the invite, the owner will see the option to "Transfer Ownership" in the top right of the Managers settings. If you select this option, you will demoting yourself to manager, meaning the new owner could then transfer ownership to someone else (hot potato!) or delete the page.
